These lists are very subjective and that one is full of tat IMO. My mind would change considerably from day to day if I had to pick a top 10 let alone 100.
My top 3 are sort of fairly standard though The Wire, The Sopranos and Breaking Bad in that order for me, so fairly similar

Loved The Wire, but it tailed off considerably. BB and the Sopranos I can take and leave. Series 5 of the wire is excused as it was effected by the writers strike at the time, thus it being shorter, it certainly felt a very rushed ending, it is easily the worst of the 5 series but the other 4 are near perfection for me, so many excellent characters, well acted and brilliantly written.
As I said its all subjective, what would your top 3 be as a matter of interest?
