Just counted and there've been 78 games that have allowed City fans since lockdown so he must have missed one or finished the thousand on Saturday. Sorry for being a pedantic spoilsport ;-)
2020/21: Last game (Everton) + League Cup Final + CL final = 3
2021/22: 38 league + 5 FA Cup + 2 League Cup + 1 CS + 12 CL = 58
2022/23: 11 league + 5 CL + 1 CS = 17

Yep, I suspect that's the missing one and you're right it wouldn't be fair to count it if he didn't get one.

About 650 tickets went on points 22,000 required IIRC, so he'd probably qualify.
