We shouldn't be bringing players into a Pep team who need a lot of training.

They should already have the necessary attributes but just need to learn to play the 'Pep' way.

This guy doesn't have the natural attributes, and just looks like a poor mans Raheem Sterling.

Final ball , his ony fault , engages defenders can beat players for fun and cant fault his effort or attitude but the most important thing in the game he is lacking , needs some tips from KDB.
