Excellent once more and constantly seems to be adding to his game. He's added a new layer of aggression to his game that's taken him on to another level defensively and we're seeing him being more commanding in possession too, he's willing to drive forward and force somebody to close him down creating space elsewhere and he will play a fast pass to up the tempo when we're getting sluggish. Can't help but be thoroughly impressed with how he's come in from the cold and made himself a automatic pick for the games that matter.

In an ideal scenario we need David Alaba as the main inverted left fullback and Mendy should be sold obviously.

Also, in this ideal scenario - both Zinchenko and Alaba cover for Rodri and team has luxury to give Fernandinho extra 1 year to his contract and don't sign new DM in the summer. In that case Rodri can be replaced by 1) Fernandinho 2) Alaba (who has ambition / dream to play as a CM) 3) Zinchenko (who has some experience as a CM in the national team)
