We really don't need a starting LB anymore. Zin has spent so much time learning from Pep, it would be madness to replace him just as he is really starting to thrive. He has came through the ranks and Pep has shaped him. We should be tripping over ourselves to get him signed up long term instead of searching for a shiny new toy.

Was probably Jan Ricka as he'd have most links + contacts in that region but Txiki would deserve some of the credit too. Seems we were watching him for a while and saw enough in his cameos at Euro 16 to give a move the green light.
