Got pelters from some on here last week but changed the game today!
Deserved…in both games!

He helped change the game today and was outstanding going forward, even though he left his defensive duties in the changing rooms at times! I’m absolutely thrilled for him and when he out the Ukrainian flag around the trophy and stepped back, then burst into tears, he fucked me…and in front of the wife and lad!

Was trying SO hard not to let it go this time, because I’m known for it when it comes to City, and I was doing so well until that moment! Hard to think about the emotional rollercoaster of being here, as such a successful representative of your country, yet watching it and your people be destroyed by a psychopath.

I am so pleased for him. He got absolutely rinsed at WHU, but came out today demanding the ball and taking responsibility. Huge character, top lad.

Got to give the guy huge credit, he always seems to come up with big performances when we need them. I doubt he'll ever be 1st choice with us, certainly not in his actual position and if we do sign a left back he'll definitely be a back up player but he never ever lets us down where ever we ask him to play.

He had some abuse in the last few weeks, but it's easy to forget how little game time he's actually had this season on top of all the shit he's being going through mentally. He admitted that he found it impossible to concentrate of football, this really has hit him hard and it's a testament to him that he's managed to find the strength to come in when needed the most.
He was fucking class yesterday, one thing i noticed in the last few games from him is more a willingness to drive to the byline or drive inside, he never did that before. Him doing that created 2 chances yesterday, the second of which he got an assist for. To see him at the end with the Ukraine flag over the trophy, although i have my own opinions on how much other struggles around the world are ignored in comparison, i thought on a personal level for him and his country, it was beautiful. Love you Zinny, mate.

His post match interview was top. I have been frustrated at times watching him trying and failing to score this season but love his touch and the chem between him and Grealish at Newcastle was sublime. Turning into quite the dribbler too. At one point yesterday I thought I was watching De Bruyne, such was his command. Go on Zink.
