Let's sneak in some anti-FA banners - or turn round for the Poznan with FO FA on our backs!

Totally unrelated to this thread - but the Wife has been watching "Midsomer" and now that awful show "The Following" whilst I have been on Bluemoon all night "Score dodging" the Arsenal v Everton game which I have sky plussed. Just clicked that link and found out the result.

I had minutes left as well

schoolboy error

It's been known that the Final KO would be after 5 for ages.... so we booked a family room in a travel lodge in town several weeks ago.

Just checked, you can still get rooms in London for £116, which between 4 isn't too bad, a night on the pop in town then liquid brunch the next morning and a kip on train back, a lot more civilised if you ask me....

BTW the FA know the issue about this Kick off time, and from next year it will be 3:00 on it's own date after the premier league finishes, they couldn't do it this year because of the Champs League final - blame Platini for moving that to a Saturday

Not having a go mate but if the FA say they will sort the kick off time next season for 3 why have they not done this year, if i am not mistaken the date for final has been known for a year also, think we know the answer. Dont be fooled for next year, wait for it, oh yes, world cup year, players need to get away from the season early

worst case involving extra time and penalties, hundreds miss the last train, will they be kicked out of the station to face the horrors of nocturnal london and will they have to pay hundreds to get the train next day? Virgin told the FA a year ago the latest departure ( due to essential maintenance) will cause problems . There has to be a recognition that without the support at the ground then it has no attraction for TV audiences. Greed and incompetence sums up the F.A

If I go (not certain yet) my mate is going to drive to beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire.

2 x train stns which go into wembley with loads of trains after the game as well returning to Beaconsfield. Overline is about 35-40mins into the stadium.
