I totally agree with everything you say. All I said was that the courtroom was right to be told about the girls sexual past. The issue is what was that past? A full on kiss, touching a male, masterbation, full on intercourse? How he got away with such a lenient sentence is an absolute joke.

A barrister has described a 13 year old girl as predatory and said she was sexually experienced. This was in court where a 41 year old man was charged with sexually abusing her. From what I can gather from the BBC article it appears he was only caught because the girl told her mates!

The CPS have said the language used by the barrister was 'inappropriate'........no shit!

Cue lots of petitions on Twitter, and if that barrister has an account he'll probably have to close it now.
