:'(

Richard Dunne is a true legend. One of my all time favourite City players.

He summed up City to me, proud, brave, strong, would never hide & always wore his heart on his sleeve.

Fair enough, he scored "the odd" own goal, but the times he got us out of the $hit far surpassed his mistakes.

Dunney is the only one City player in my time that truly deserved a testimonial (not for the money, but for the thanks) & i for one am gutted that he has gone.

All the best Dunney n thanks for the memories.

When Toure is on the steps of Wembley this year or next, part of my will be wishing that it was Dunne lifting that pot

this, but to add to this i am absolutely gutted he has gone, i loved the big fella :(

Bollocks to him, honestly

He was mediocre, and that made him a legend in the time he was at the club.

But this whole pay off situation shows we loved him more than he cares about the club.

HE should be paying THE club for the loyalty they showed him, not the other way round.

I'd rather be warming the bench at eastlands than villa park anyway
