Had a decent game yesterday. But he got done over by skill right at the end of the game and pretended to be injured, which was a bit shit to see, but he’s only just come back from injury so put it down to rustiness and not being 90 minute-fit yet.

You do know he was injured at the end of last season but played on as we had lots of defenders missing? I would have him in the team any day of the week

Laporte was brilliant today, exact opposite of what akanji was and one of the few to come out of that with any credit.

Not saying much, as Akanji, Cancelo and Stones were all wank. But thought he played well, especially second half.

He was the best of a very bad bunch. Outjumped for their first goal. Turned inside out near the end but made a couple of good challenges for balance. He's our Lindeloff.

Athough most were below even average today I thought LaBERTe was let down by Akanji in particular.

Never realised how much he looked like Bert until his hair rose up from atop of those bandages.

My editing skills are shit on a phone used an app hoping to stick the white bit from his top on top of his head, once I finished cutting his head out it wouldn't let me cut out the intended bandage to place on his forehead, sad result to some post match editing to cheer myself up after another sad result earlier but thought I'd share my work.
