It took them until he was 32/33 before they realised how good Fernandinho was.I suspect it will take fans of other teams a while to cotton on to just how good he is, but we get to watch him every week. So, so good

He is everything that a modern day midfielder shouldn't be, shite
This guy is such a liability. I hardly post here but he offers nothing. Looked good the last couple of games when dhino was next to him doing his job. As soon as he came off today we looked like we did last year. Too often let’s players simply walk past him, and offers no pressure to the opposition in attacking plays!
Don't know what he does other than a 5 yard pass here and there. He's a liability.
I know the question was to someone else but my two penneth...he is no worse. They are both snails and neither of them can block off passing lanes, or make a tackle. I think Gundogan is a slightly more progressive passer at 6 but that is no great achievement over Rodri. I have not seen anything from Rodri since we signed him, which makes me think he was a good signing.
In fairness I hold my hands up, I said the other week I'll never judge another player as harshly in their first 12-18months under Pep.I rarely quote old posts but I was compelled to have a look back to the start of this thread.
