It's amazing how we can win titles and cups when Pep insists on consistently picking crap players.

It's deja vu/Groundhog Day time again, same names, same clique, same mindless trash talk. Incapable of balanced constructive football discussion,wouldn't be shocked if some of these posters spend their pre match hours praying that Rodri has a poor game so they can beat their chests and whoop " I was right, Pep knows nothing". They had few chances to craw thump last season but fair play to their persistence , in the face of reality, they follow the theory "say something untrue often enough and people will begin to accept it as truth".

If people think he’s a decent player than that’s fair enough, but no one can deny that we can do better than him.

That's true of every player we have, you can always do better, it's just not so simplistic in the real world.

Utter rubbish. Maybe if Rodri had played in the 2 major games we lost last season, "hypothetically", City might have added FA Cup and CL to the 2 trophies we won. What is really "dumb" is not having the capacity to see what positive attributes he has contributed to our success.

Rodri started in the FA Cup semi vs Chelsea and he was gash. His form towards the end of the season was shocking and it no doubt had a huge bearing on Pep not trusting in him in the CL final, precisely because he was playing shite.

He is appalling, so bad he has played 69 times in two seasons for probably the best club side in world football.
