Rodri is severely underated by the media and even telly fans of other teams. When you see Rodri live though, his influence and importance to the team, shines through.
I bet he would not get in a media selected combined City/LFC team, as the nation's darling "Hendo", would be chosen.

He was so average for 2 years. Slow off the ball and not breaking up attacks.

Out of nowhere he’s suddenly become unbelievable. Credit it to him. I still think there could be even more to come from him as well.

He had another perfectly guided pass to the wing to completely relieve the pressure we were under that was a first timer off a deflection smacked right at his feet. It was a difficult thing made to look very easy.

I hope someone creates an ‘all touches’ video for him from the game so we can really appreciate how good he is.
