Absobloodylutely, that said, anyone with eyes and an IQ above 50 can see that he is a key player for us and THE best midfield player in the world. Anyone that doesn't see that, let's hope the BBC et al are gone soon.
 
He is such a unique DCM in that he is always looking to progress our attack.

Constantly under pressure as well but always makes the right decision. Quick pass, hold and then pass, dribble through the midfield.

For someone who has scored many goals he's also not trigger happy, instead patiently builds up our attack to keep the pressure up on the opposition.

Like everyone has said, his football IQ is very high.
 
Magnificent player and character.

But my word he looks shot, it's a shame he won't be having a long summer holiday, no one deserves it more than this guy.

They signed him to do what Rodri does but he can't so they've played Jorginho or Partey alongside him. Rodri can do everything Rice does in the final 3rd but can also run the game which Rice is incapable of.
