16 | Rodri 2024/25

OK RM wants him but what's the price ?

He has contract till 2027, this year and +2, like Pep.

By that time he will be 31, which means that most (if not all) of his prime years will be behind.

And here we are talking about a best player in the world football right now, whose influence is huge.
Even 100m is nothing for City, like keep Rodri and let him go for free in 2027 is still the best option.
Because it means that we will have prime Rodri for 2 years, probably we will have a big chance to win CL once again and other trophies as well.

So RM has to pay at least 200-250m, so that City considered the offer. Otherwise Rodri has the contract and he should also understand that the best player can't be sold for 100m, it should be the transfer record like it was for Ronaldo in 2008 and other ones.

And considering those Madrid bustards prefer free transfers and try to spend less during the recent years, I think that their strategy will be to take Rodri for free in 2027.

Why?

Also, Tolmie, about an hour ago, said 5 year deals for Haaland and Rodri have been prepared, and both are expected to sign.

Because fuck Real Madrid. Pretty much the long and short of it.

Not saying I think he's going anywhere and if Tolm is right then that would tie a lovely little bow in what has been a genuinely incredible three weeks for me.

If Rodri ever leaves us for Real Madrid then I'm going to think a hell of a lot less of him.
He ain't gonna. But he's a Spanish lad, Madrid born so obviously when they come calling it's gonna mean something to him! Just like if united called me when I was 18... It would have said a lot about my ability. But I still would have told them to fuck off!

Read the room rodders. prime yaya press release this

This. So unnecessary. You think he’d be a bit pissed off about them being so petty on his big night.

Though not as bad as Yaya’s!
