If today was a straight choice between KDB or Foden , then it had to be Foden , far younger and hasnt had injury issues , KDB 29 years old and has picked up knocks throughout his career , but hindsight is a wonderful , ive got last weeks lottery numbers as well.

It was a stupid side to put out. Apart from Diaz and Kev, all the other players on the field had a mediocre season at best. If you're handing the game to Chelsea, don't play Kev and Diaz, either. And Rodri.

This is a catastrophe. Yes we have Bernardo, gundogan and foden to fill the void in a one off game but the problem is they now have to play all the time with no rest and no injuries as the support attack in sterling and torres is woeful and aguero has basically already left. We're suddenly severely lacking in attack. If kdb is out, that's worse than going out of the cup.

Those 3 were in the team anyway, so none of them are filling the void. The player that will come in is Jesus or Sterling. We are in trouble. Said it already but we effectively went out of the CL tonight too. KDB was carrying us in it.

Not at his best today before going off injured, sometimes he leaves up light in midfield when his pressing high up the field

Our midfield was outnumbered and outplayed by theirs today. Think Tucal got it right and Pep didn’t. It was only when Gundo came on we started to get some control. Fern and Rodders were overrun by Kante, Mount and Jorginho + their wingbacks. With Torres and Sterling so immobile it’s no wonder they struggled. Difficult to judge Kev’s performance against that.
