Showing signs of blowing the cobwebs away , he's had a nice six week break so i expect him to cruise through the remainder of the season , a lot of concern if Gundo & KDB can play together but hopefully Pep sorts it out , wouldnt swap an in form KDB for any midfielder in europe.

A lot of people think that a player gets a "rest" when they're injured, while that is far from true. Healing from an injury involves an adapted exercise regime and when a player has healed, he's far from match fit either. Takes a lot of time and effort to get up to speed. And even then they lack match rhythm. In his case, going by previous injuries, it takes him more time than others. In an interview a few years back, I think he actually said that he was just as, if not more tired, from working to get back to full match fitness than he was after games before the injury. Granted, his injury then was worse.

Was much better yesterday. I think he really needs to come out of CM though and play as one of the front 3.

He's more effective there and our defensive solidity would also improve with the 3 that got us through our long winning streak.

Much much better than the past 2 games.

I'm not sure if Pep actually enjoys playing Kev as false 9. He always seem to eventually move him back into midfield after starting him in striker.

Thought he was poor again first half, only started to look anywhere near his normal level when the game became really stretched early in the second half.
