No. He should be rested. He'll come good tonight if he starts and back to his imperious best at weekend.
what proof do you have he has a mental block and not just his ankle pain ?Yeah just keep playing a player who seems to not be in the right mindset at the moment, brilliant stuff.
That comment could have been cut and pasted from the Raheem thread...He'll come good tonight if he starts and back to his imperious best at weekend.
Thinking back to the Palace game I could swap 'He'll' to 'they'll'.That comment could have been cut and pasted from the Raheem thread...

that is not mental, so many people writing him off as well, he is human not a robotHis performances on the pitch, he is struggling to even trap a ball or play a simple pass.
It's sad to see a player clearly struggling.
Part of it is mental, in terms of fatigue, he looks shattered and has said so on numerous occasions.that is not mental, so many people writing him off as well, he is human not a robot
I do agree some of this got to do with mental fatigue after keeping a really high standard for so long.Part of it is mental, in terms of fatigue, he looks shattered and has said so on numerous occasions.
The guy is not a natural athlete and has to push himself more than most and it shows, especially with the numerous injuries he has picked up in the last 3-4 years.
He is not a robot and the same with all these guys, they are playing far too many games, the demands of them are far too great and lets not forget for KDB and others the up and coming World Cup, yet another period where they will have ZERO break from football, simply crazy for all involved.
