Kevin will regain form. He's not a 35 y. o. player to doubt him just yet.

what made KDB special was the fact he could do the do the job of a midfield 8 while also providing the output of a 10. but these past few seasons he has lost his legs and also pep tactics where he has become solely a 10 or even a second striker hanging near the opponent box. he is contributing next to nothing as a midfielder both in ball progression and defensive contribution. so now these days he has reduced from becoming a legendary player to a very good 10 who does not effect the nature of a football for the entire game. has dropped a level or two from his peak.

Ooohhhhh,youre in trouble now.....

Spot on BTW.

Go back and have a look what he looked like a few years ago, he was much slimmer.

I saw on twitter his running stats are decreased too.

He looks a shadow of his peak self.Yesterday he looked absolutely knackered, and it showed in his inability to get around the pitch.

The dilemma is in the fact he is still the one we rely on to change a game in an instant. That trade off is decreasing by the week though.

de Bruyne’s pass percentages in some games this season:

Bournemouth (h) Prem - 97.9%
Forest (h) Prem - 90.5%
Chelsea (a) Prem - 87.2%

Liverpool (a) Prem - 73%
United (a) Prem - 72.1%
Brentford (h) Prem - 69%

Stupidest thing I've read on bluemoon. Even the likes of Messi have been marked out by average players. It happens

It was a daft comment, but i think the point he was clumsily making is that Kev is no longer capable of dealing with such, where as previously his power, burst of speed and skill on the ball would have had his blood spinning.

Exactly this … 2 years ago Kev would of left Fred for dead

That would be harsh.
He should play his MC role again. Not this crap behind Haaland leaving Rodri alone.
Why is it harsh. Going over this thread he is clearly past it. Kevin should put himself in the market because there is clearly a narrative started againt him. And as we all know this will only get worse.
