Dreadful news, he'll be a fucking huge miss
There's going to come a time (in 12-18 months' time? ) when the club will need to be looking at potential successors to Kev. That hamstring may (repeat, may) well be a weak point from now on, even after surgery. Plus, he's 32 now. How much longer will he have, playing at the intensity Pep demands from his players?
One newbie with terrible assists and goals stats compared to kev and one we havent even signed yet, phil might help out but bernie is not played in the kev position nor is as good as kev , no way to look at this but a diaster , without gundy and ffs we are in the shitNo we'll be fine, Phil, Bernardo , Kovacic, and hopefully Paqueta we should be covered and he'll be fit second half of the season, fitter than he was the back end of last season.
If you thinks so, I'm pretty sure we'll be okay.Guess we'll see.One newbie with terrible assists and goals stats compared to kev and one we havent even signed yet, phil might help out but bernie is not played in the kev position nor is as good as kev , no way to look at this but a diaster , without gundy and ffs we are in the shit
Fine without him before because we had gundyWe'll be fine. We've been fine without him before, we'll be fine without him again. Get him rested and back for the second half of the season. We've got roughly 18 months left before he starts dropping off - it's best to sacrifice the first 2/3 months so we're not seeing him walk off so often. Best of luck getting fit again, Kev - we'll see you when you're back.
