Big blow, puts a lot of pressure on our already small squad. Let's hope the Paqueta and Doku deals are pushed through asap.

Fucking hell, we are somewhat in the shit
No we'll be fine, Phil, Bernardo , Kovacic, and hopefully Paqueta we should be covered and he'll be fit second half of the season, fitter than he was the back end of last season.

Absolutely devoed about kev but we need to move on and we need to get cover in as we're a bit thin in midfielder.
It only takes another lengthy injury to someone else then we're well and truly goosed.

Time to get that chequebook out and get people in.

There's going to come a time (in 12-18 months' time?) when the club will need to be looking at potential successors to Kev. That hamstring may (repeat, may) well be a weak point from now on, even after surgery. Plus, he's 32 now. How much longer will he have, playing at the intensity Pep demands from his players?

I would be devoed as well if I knew what it was!!!

If it’s a grade 3 tear which is the worst, the pain is supposed to be really bad
Kev didn’t seem in that much pain
I’m hoping pep is over estimating the damage

Agreed.
I suspect we are already transitioning Phil to be that player.
