Bernado, Gundo, Grealish and Rico have no interest in making cutting runs constantly. They all want it to feet, often in stationary positions

TBH it is a bit unfair to blame them. They have to defend and protect the back line. they don't have the license to do minimum defending. Given the current situation they were constantly running up and down for the back line and pressing the opposite players. Otherwise they will put the defense at risk. The players who do not drop deep should make forward runs.
