17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2024/25

Clearly wouldn't be so Involved if it was neccesary, he's some way off fitness but even then he's still the only real threat we have, Haaland comes alive when kdb is on the ball as he knows he's got somebody who will actually fucking pass to him. Should get the night off against Juve so he's available for the derby.

No where near match fit. Super laborious but literally the only creative outlet in the entire team and one of the few (Doku and Nunes are others) that's tries to create goal scoring opportunities.

He aint anywhere near match fit or he is finished.....and I think it could be both...he still has magic but he is now missing for most of the game....he cannt run through the middle with the ball any more....yes he can put a pass in, yes he can put a cross in but as Pep said we cant carry people who aint running and he aint.

What does that say about Haaland then

What has haaland got to do with it?

Haaland is making runs and movements in the box...he is literally getting very little service and the one bit he did get he did his job..and the keeper makes a great save.

KDB is a legend but he has stayed one to many seasons

The mind is still there, but the legs are gone and the aging players around him also have zero interest in making runs which makes him even less useful.

Bernado, Gundo, Grealish and Rico have no interest in making cutting runs constantly. They all want it to feet, often in stationary positions

. This makes Kev even less effective than age is making him
