Sad to watch honestly. His body looks like it's failing him and the tactics Pep relies on make Kevin useless. Without pressing and runners beyond, what's the point of playing him?

He looks so pissed off while playing these days, no doubt because he knows his feet just can't do what they did year on year.

I mean he can't even shoot from outside the box now it seems. Those long range efforts that used to arrow into the to corners now just trickle through to the keeper.

That's what I thought . He was absolutely shocking!! Been brilliant but now he's totally finished...

I can't honestly say Kevin's been playing well but I can honestly say he has not been helped by the way we set up. Today he got the ball in the first half and went on a run with Marmoush to his left and it may have been Foden to his right. Foden was marked by theor left back and Marmoush slowed down and stopped running leaving Kev on his own running at the two centre halves only to have to have to stop and play a safe pass. He desperately needs players running into space, movement ahead of him and its not been their this season. And Peps insistence on the way we play is nullifying any indian summer Kevin might have provided.

Think what annoys me the most, is that when he does get the ball, he can't even create something, his passing had completely left him

I'd expect his fitness to be an issue, but he's actually lost the ability to even contribute with the ball at his feet

If we make the games to the end of the season a fair well tour for KDB the whole club suffers

Put him on the bench and let him come on to see out games if we are winning

Our best ever player undoubtedly BUT the club moving forward is more important.

Should not have seen the final whistle today. No one shone, but it was painful watching him waste the ball time after time when in good positions. The magic ain't there with him anymore. It'll be a mercy for all concerned, KDB included when he moves on and we can move on without him.

That sounds like making excuses for him tbh. He was wasteful with multiple passes that should not have been beyond the capability of someone of his class. Kev carries the can as much as anyone else for that showing today.

It's not just that. His passing and shooting ability has also left him. Everything now looks like it's really hard work for him.

Kev played realy well in the 2 games for the NT. He was ok in the FA cup. He didn't play since then. In midweek he gets the message that City doesn't need him anymore. This was the headtopic in every sportsnews around the world. Ok he himself decided to make this public. I think my legs would get heavy from much less.

I'm not so sure on this mate, although I understand what you mean. His whole game seems to have faded, not just his legs. His passing is error strewn now in comparison to his previous abilities. He really is past it.
