1894 Section at Wembley

Received a couple of questions by PM, so I'll put the message in here to help other people.

We're in the first 10 rows of level 1 which are all category 5. The more expensive tickets are row 11 backwards.

The tickets will work as follows:

You submit your 4 different forms. This automatically updates our excel spreadsheet of everyone who wants to be included. We pass this list onto the club who assign and then 'reserve' you a seat on the Ticketing Website. When you qualify to buy a ticket (through your ticket points), the seat will either be in your basket, or when you click onto the cup final game it will pop-up and say 'you have reserved seat(s).

Does that make sense? any other questions feel free to ask.
Hi mate, Both me and my son have qualified on points a few days ago but no sign of any seats reserved for us?, any ideas?

Im glad your making an effort to get the atmosphere going but please please please its cup final day, dont be singing about Liverpool

Do you mean the Raheem Sterling song?

We can dictate flags and colour at the front of our end at wembley, but we cant dictate songs unfortunately, there are songs that are sung now and again that aren't as relevant as others but in English grounds the mood of the fans in that split second gets the song going.

Only just seen this. I have already booked our seats at the front behind the goal. Nothing personal, but I don't particularly want to be amongst a group 'expecting' me to sing throughout the game. I'm not going to have someone sat next to me telling me "...get singing you fat bastard" all the time am I?

It is impossible to sing for 90 mins, that's what is often thought 90 mins non stop, but cant be done. Songs in England are short bursts, try to many songs and its flattened out by confusion. But if singers group it can pick up the moment as it goes quiet and by other fans seeing a song starting it can spread. Very difficult to dictate altogether though as Wembley for singing isn't that good.

Nobody should be saying that to you if you don't sing though, I have not heard it myself but don't agree with things going to that extent.

UPDATE: This block has been filled. We can't process any more requests to join the singing section. If you've reserved a seat in the block, please keep an eye on this thread for more updates on what to do next.

A good contact that works for the club has over the last two years contacted security at Wembley for us. This is so we can get our printed banners and telescopic large wave flags that we use in 115 south stand every game in to wembley stadium. Security is that strict that it would be impossible just to take in the stuff we have through turnstiles, officially Wembley say no banners or flags bigger than 1.5m x 1m and no sticks bigger than 1.5m ! Also they can get arsey and ask for fire certificates.

Wembley security have been good with us and said if we pre pack our flags / banners / large flag poles and send them to Wembley a few days before the game ( with fire certificates which means we cant use our hand painted banners ) they will allow our display stuff in. On the match day two of us then go in to the stadium 2 hours before KO and meet the security guys behind the goals in our end.

We then set up what ever we take with us and use the flags / banners when the players come out. Then we collect together all the flags and the Wembley security guy takes them away so we can nit use them during or after the game. These are then sent back to Etihad for us.

It sounds long winded but its not to bad, we are the only set of fans that do this, Wembley think its great as they have said our end generally looks the best of all the other teams that come down to the stadium. I think Arsenal tried to copy us in last seasons cup final but wasn't as good.

We will be taking our new 5m centurions telescopic down to Wembley as well as the other 3m telescopics with KDB on etc, plus a few other banners.

From a club and Wembley point of view, every game played down there between them they decorate the both ends with either a mosaic or flags. The clubs with Wembley organise this themselves.
Wow that is dedication for you .keep up the good work
