One thing, we know he’ll never be a bigger prick than Arteta.
Hahaha I don’t really hold anywhere near as big a grudge against Arteta as most blues do to be honest

I think he does. You don't see him whining or looking surly on the bench. He is happy to come in whenever the Manager asks but otherwise a team playerNeeds to have some humility and admit he’s way past it and pack it in
i don’t understand why anyone would be against us keeping Gundogan and Bernardo in the squad to help out new summer signings bed in and fill in sub and cup appearances etc… there is still a role in a refreshed younger team for these guys. The issue is they have been old together. Please, god, no.
We can have only have about 17 non-homegrown players in our both PL and CL squads. And they wont be here fore free but for sizeable wages while offering nothing on the field. If Pep is to rebuilt a new young, fast, powerful and exciting side we need to be get rid of the old guard.i don’t understand why anyone would be against us keeping Gundogan and Bernardo in the squad to help out new summer signings bed in and fill in sub and cup appearances etc… there is still a role in a refreshed younger team for these guys. Gundogan might well agree to not registering for the C/L squad, so might not be a problem. Will need some with experience of winning things around the squad. We can have only have about 17 non-homegrown players in our both PL and CL squads. Because they're fucking awful and have massive wages! Oh, and they take up a squad place!!i don’t understand why anyone would be against us keeping Gundogan and Bernardo in the squad to help out new summer signings bed in and fill in sub and cup appearances etc… there is still a role in a refreshed younger team for these guys. I wouldn't hate it either since it's the role that was intended for him in his return. If we can avoid playing him even half as much as he's played this season then he should keep fresh enough.I can't help but feel we will see a much better side to him with a fit Rodri in the team giving him the licence to push on and support the attack a lot more without the concern of over committing. I wouldn't mind us keeping him for another 12 months but I don't want to see him shoehorned into a midfield covering a Rodri absence.
