I have praised him from time to time. You can see he still has great controls and passong skills. His physicality is not there anymore, but he's much better than Bernardo in every aspect of the game.

Guess we know why Pep plays Gundo so much.. without him we have no midfield vs having a slow midfield.

A bit terrifying to realize that we're all saying "why hasn't Pep solved the problem" and as soon as Gundo goes, I realized "this was Pep solving the problem", and it could only get worse.

This gave the blueprint, though, Nunes and Gundo as a double pivot to keep it solid.

He was decent enough tonight and in a role he wasn't great at in his prime. Champions league has always suited him more.

He was better but still way too slow and if he’s pressed he loses it. But we have no options.

Thought he was alot better in the 2nd half. Ironically, despite his recent form, the midfield and defence fell apart after he was hooked off.

After his goal he had a good 20 min.
