Carefull SB, There is still Today and Friday to go. I am already saving up for a Ferrari, just in case De Rossi does sign ;)

If you can "save up" for a Ferrari in two days, how about you buy my Swiss made dark chocolate stool?

It is a win-win because we both know of all european economies the Swiss need our hard earned money the most!

The bad news is I have invested my money in both the Spanish and Italian banks and the Ferrari is for The Swan (albeit a toy one) if DDR signs.

We have managed dupe another poor soul in our spicy affair.

In all seriousness, though, can you imagine how much of a coup d'état signing De Rossi on deadline day would be?

Similar to the Robinho deal, it will be mindblowing. However I would be happy with a couple more low key signings.

I think most supporters would be happy with any signing at this point... But that is what frightens me.

We will be fine, we had to sort out the deadwood first and our new CEO has a job to get us up and running for the FFPR once this window shuts.

I agree, that is not worries me--it is the inflated, yet desperate expectations that our success as birthed.

I would rather sign no one than three make weights.

Is this what constitutes a fantastic transfer window?

we need to be unhappy at this window. this was the time to have pressed on moved forward more quality. three or four quality signings. not rodwell sinclair and some 19 year old serbian kid. the quality players martinez hazard van persie have all been snapped up. weve put the brakes on because we are scared of ffp. which city fan really cares if we are balancing the books. those 3 or 4 quality signings would have upped our profile sold more shirts and won more trophies and brought in more money. weve been too careful too prudent. id love to see a really big marque signing in the next day and a half but im not holding my breath
