1. Walker isn't unpopular with the squadWhat ways would that be?
2. KDB didn't refuse to give him the armband.

Exactly, and if you’d seen KDB having a go at the guy in the crowd who was abusing Walker last week you’d know there’s no issue between the two of them.Walker didn't want it
I agree with both of those quotes so we agree. You might have replied to my post when you actually wanted to reply to another.1. Walker isn't unpopular with the squad

RM has a midfield that can cover.Interesting - not good enough for us but good enough for RM. Who’d a thunk it ?
As expected I see the thread is full of the usualabsolute bollocksopposing views. Good luck going forward Kyle and thanks for all of the memories.

Not a problem Blue.I quoted someone else mate :D
Zabba was a hero with the heart of a lion but comparing him to Walker is just wrong.
Good post!Seeing his battles with - and absolute domination of - Vinicius were extraordinary.
Especially the ones at their place. Just a player at the very top of his game. Giving a rapid player a head start then still catching up to him. Same with Mbappe. And Dembele.
The first few years with us were elite. He knew his strengths and was more than happy to play to them, not pretend to be something he wasn’t. It’s always a pleasure watching a player who is so obviously in his prime and for him it was extra special because his profile as a player was so unique.
Fantastic player. Had the arrogance and pride to dominate the world’s best and that same arrogance and pride has meant he can’t continue playing here because he knows his legs (and head) have gone. Which is fine. It’s better than watching him cost the team week in, week out.
Thanks Kyle, it’s been a pleasure. I don’t think we’ll see another full back like him for years. Strong, rapid, good on the ball and elite winning mentality.
For me Kyle Walker due to his pace. I think Zabba would have struggled against the likes of Vini Jr. But Zabba was a fine player.
Smart-mouthed, Spuds supporting colleague couldn't help but give it the big one when Walker joined us. Everyone in work was assured that we'd paid way over the odds for a tube who couldn't defend and Spuds were laughing their legs off at our stupidity. Since joining us, Walker has won the lot. Spuds on the other hand...
Best wishes to Kyle and try keeping it in your underpants once in a while, fella.
