This ‘performance’ in front of the coffee machine is such an obvious dig at Liverpool ..

I've always liked Bernardo. We have all been complimentary about his effort and running in games...but he is so talented that I want more from him. I have to be honest and have been a little disappointed with his performances in recent games
He is neat and tidy but there is no cutting edge like with KDB or Gundogan. I used to get excited when he got the ball and feel something would happen...I don't get that feeling at the moment.

He has been a vital cog in the way we play knitting the team together. But he has scored only two goals all season... it's just not enough for a player of his great quality especially when you look at what the likes of Foden, KDB and Gundogan have produced.

It's so difficult to be critical of a player who gives his all for the team but a player of his talent must be making more crucial contributions in the really big games. I don't want to hear just about how much he runs etc...he's far better than that.

Come on Bernardo...I would like nothing more than to see you win the CL trophy for City with a brilliant performance and the game winning goal.

I agree. Bernardo is undoubtedly crucial for us in the way we control games, his ball retention is second to none. However, I feel that sometimes this has been to the detriment of his ability to affect games in the final third which was why we bought him. He'd always be in my first eleven but I just feel there's so much more that we can get out of him.
