Not the difference maker of previous seasons. Wouldn't be bothered if we moved him on in part ex for an upgrade. Doesn't score or assist enough. Works hard - so what ? Has been anonymous in the important games this season. Think he's had a free pass this season. Pep loves him though so that's fine.

He is part of an attacking midfield that consists of KDB Foden and Gundogan, out of that four he is not the weak link, but he is the one that is playing on his weaker side, an upgrade might be harder to find than you think.

He has been asked to help the team in an unorthodox manner which is not his usual game - whether he will be happy to continue in that manner remains to be seen

He flourished when asked to step into Kevs role when he was injured

He is currently a carthorse chasing opposition players down

Whatever you say might be correct but either we're not getting the most out of him or he's not delivering enough in the final third. He used to be able to take on and beat defenders - seems to have lost that quality and he never seems to be on the end of any chances either this season. It can't just be down to playing in an unfamiliar position.

The way he’s being utilised I’d expect from Mourinho, not Pep.

Aside from running around a lot he offers nothing which is such a waste of his talent.

Hopefully, with a top class striker added to the ranks we see more of him wide right. He’s awesome at quickly shifting the ball and delivering crosses into the box.

hes not great on the wide right most of his best form was in the kdb position. pep will always pick mahrez over him in that position anyway.

He was excellent with Sterling on the right with him in 2018/19. Maybe thats the switch to fix 2 players form. Personally I blame Mahrez and I'm allowed to do that again after his shit show in the final. Yey!!!

Needs to contribute a bit more to justify a starting place. The effort is there but his impact on games can be hit and miss. He does not show up in the defining moments.
He is the epitome of big game player. I grant you the final but who did play well in a fucked up system?

He was excellent for most of this season. Mahrez only came alive when Bernardo was included in right mid.
