That's nearly two years of relatively indifferent form following that stellar season of 18/19. As much as I like Bernardo I'd be inclined towards selling him in the summer if we're not spending the whole window negotiating for Kane/Haaland. Foden's development and Mahrez's improved form has made it harder for him to get regular starts.

Love him, a great player. Sorry to see him go off yesterday. Look forward to having him in our team for years to come.

He seems to have gone from being a technical sharp passing midfielder, good in tight spaces to someone who just seems to run a round a lot and make sliding tackles.

He has so much more but seems to have ran himself into the ground. He’s a tidy player who should be a 10 rather than this current role. Hopefully next season will be different if we are able to bring in another midfielder.

We're abusing him and his work rate. Barely ever see his quality on the ball anymore because he's only being used as a carthorse.

Bernardo has always been something of a fall guy because of his selfless approach and attitude. He played some of his very best footy when KDB was out injured, and yet last night he was taken off too when he could have moved into a more influential position and had more freedom to play his natural game.Another bizarre decision.

He's at his very best as a number 10. Perfect opportunity to shift him there late in the game, particularly due to his ability in tight spaces, instead we shift Phil there who doesn't look comfortable (and rob him of playing LW).

Just shocking moves one after the other.
