Some people really don't understand the roles he's tasked with do they?

I thought he was excellent today. Every time they looked to get out he was there breaking up play, stopping the out ball and doubling up to win the ball back quickly. Palace couldn't get out to get counter attacks for most of the game primarily because bernardo put in a superb performance.

He was certainly in our best 3 players. Holding a midfield together pretty much on your own isn’t easy. He had a good game.

It is better that we do not qualify for the UCL this season, than that Bernardo's contract be extended by any chance. I hope he leaves asap, not until 2026. I'm afraid that the club's management is so delusional that they will offer him a contract extension
