20 years ago today - last game at Maine Road

I loved Maine Road, and miss it in many ways, but the final game was a bit of a strange day. It was obviously pretty emotional, but it pissed down and we played terribly. Seem to remember Doves and Badly Drawn Boy performing in the centre circle after the match.

and that stupid Blues brothers tribute.

Something inside me died that day, from being an ever present at Maine Rd I've only been to the Etihad three times. Still love City but nothing was ever the same.

Got a blue/white plastic M Block from NS, wasn't in that block but easiest to remove.

Left as soon as the Blues Brother's pub act came on, the first up. Terrible anti-climax day, worse than Hudds 0-0 in 2018.
