There is plenty of evidence for the south pole, the magnetic field of the planet is that of a dipole, you can say all you want but compasses dont lie and without 2 poles we wouldnt observe the magnetic fields we do.

If you took its picture, you’d find that it makes its own little circle around the exact point of the north celestial pole every day. That’s because the North Star is really offset a little – by about three-quarters of a degree – from celestial north, something that is observed from earth very very easily.
