2014/15 accounts released - £10.7m profit

Has anyone got the Etihad deal compared to United, Arse, Chelsea and Liverpools deals?
Arsenal's is supposed to be £25m a year for shirt and stadium. Liverpool's was £20m a year for shirt only on their original deal but they probably got a bit more when they renewed it so let's say £25m. The rags originally said they'd got a £50m a year deal but Chevrolet sacked the guy who did it as he oaid more than they told him he could so that quietly got renegotiated downwards. Can't see it being more than £40m if that.

Expert analysis of the accounts by the brilliant Swiss Ramble. Interesting read, as always.

Excellent read.

Love this bit:

Although some might believe that this is evidence that City have bought success, it is in stark contrast to United, whose owners have cost the Red Devils around £850 million in interest payments, debt repayments and professional fees, thus restricting the amount they have been able to spend on improving the squad and the club’s infrastructure.

"Hand in Glove"
As the Manchester United Supporters' Trust said, “If it were a race, then United are dragging their owners behind them like a tractor, while Manchester City's owners are providing rocket fuel.”
