Nonsense. I still have my centenary mug. It's a black basic mug with a gold badge and the dates "1894 to 1994".
I need to update my crockery...

But if we win the league that year I'll buy a 'City champions' mug to go with the three I've already got. I'm not buying two.

Was thinking about this the other day, shows I'm not the only blue who is non stop. Hope we wear the St Marks kit in order to go back to earlier roots, or at least have an amended centenary badge for this season.

I still have my centenary tie. Haven't fished it out in a while but it's a plain navy thing with a small City crest at the bottom and some reference to the centenary under that, as I recall.
My wife assures me that it's hideous.
God knows why I bought it. I I never wear ties (find them annoying and constricting).

If we celebrate our 125th birthday in 2019/20, then we can't say that we're older than said club. If 1880 is our year of birth, then we should just wait til 2030 and celebrate properly.

Sometimes it's better knowing rather than proving or saying. A lot of fans could die in 15 years and miss out.

We should mark the occasion by doing something memorable. Winning the Champions League for example.

That would be extremely nice...it would mean time travel had been invented.

We could overlay the round crest o'er (festive word use) the original crest. But, would it look too 1930's-mid 1940's Reich?!
