Bruno Fernandes he's a huge player, he has a great otential. I think he's a better finisher than most of the strikers in the league. He will be the perfect replacement for Gundogan

Manchester City have opened talks with Sporting CP for the signing of Bruno Fernandes (24).
Txiki Begiristain held a meeting with Sporting's football director Hugo Viana in Manchester last week - asking for the conditions to make the signing. [via @cmjornal]

By making the first official approach, City have now taken the lead from Man United in the race for Fernandes.
Sporting are demanding €70m for the sale. And since the club are in need of money, they are not in a strong position to negotiate much. [via @cmjornal]

Given that Gundogan is probably leaving, Kev has been hit by lots of injuries this season, Merlin is old, and Pep likes to play Bernardo out wide, it might not be stupid to get another attacking midfielder like Fernandes

That gives us a Fernandinho replacement, Gundogan replacement and a fantastic English RB for the foreseeable. Saul also plays LB for Atletico, so we’d have him, Mendy, Laporte and Zinchenko on the left with Walker and Wan-Bisakka on the right, with Walker being a potential CB if we play 3 at the back.

Hope Sane stays or that could complicate things.

Good player, but doesn’t fit into our squad IMO. People have compred him to Raz and Bernardo’s first season, and say that we have to give him more time, but he’s been playing in the PL for several years, he’s won the PL and even POTY. I personally think he doesn’t fit

Do we think there's any truth in the Neymar rumours ? It makes sense that they would want to build around Mbappe but if he's going anywhere expect Neymar would either go to Barca or Madrid. I also doubt PSG would sell anyone to us given our respective ownership

If Gundo leaves, Bruno Fernandes should be a good option to replace him. Central midfielder with 28 goals and 15 assists only this season. Not gonna lie, I don’t watch Portoguese football, but those numbers speaks for themselves

Wow those stats are amazing and you can see why in the video which was a joy to watch. Unbelievable technique with both feet. Looks like a good dribbler as well. Some of his passes were also De bruyne-esque.

Usually I don’t like to judge based on YT but this looks like a sure thing to me. His talent is undeniable.
