No because those are still counting votes as it's so close. Many will get called for one or the other well before the last vote is counted if the lead is or appears to be impregnable, even if there are still uncounted votes.

You have to remember that there are actually some non-terrible Republicans like Romney who would vote for a bill if it was good enough. Plus a few who are desperate to be rid of Trump and this whole charade, so might well be tempted to ignore the party if the party is sinking in order to be seen as not party to the nonsense that's been going on.
