Do you apply the same logic to others? Are they not allowed to talk about Trump because we already know that they don't like him?

Or is this another special case exception?
I've stopped laughing at the hypocrisy of what they say.

They're too busy screaming hatred for the Orange Turd.

They NEVER acknowledge their own stupidity on the matter.

I'm simply explaining that not only is he allowed an opinion on Biden, he has made his opinion very well known for the best part of a year.

I am not calling for his ban or his silence, I got bored of reading him so I have him on ignore just as anyone has the right to do the same with me if I bore them. I also did the forum a great service by doing so as it means I don't get into arguments with him. He can call me whatever he wants, I'm simply not interested.

Is that not ok with you?

Totally fine. I just find it hypocritical that a bunch of people who have a history of repeatedly stating their opinion on somebody should object to somebody repeatedly stating their opinion on someone. I'd wager that it's not the repeated stating of an opinion that they really have an issue with, instead the target of that opinion.

Do you not find it alarming that one of the very few regular "dissenters" of the mainstream opinion in this forum is getting chastised for sharing his opinion? Not even a blip on your "hold on, this feels like a bubble" radar?

I'm still amazed how such backward country in some respects (teaching of young earth theory/creationism, no booze until 21, abortion rights being so divisive etc etc) is so socially progressive in other respects;

When are UK politicians going to get with the 21st Century?

He did, and he deserves credit for that, just how much credit is debatable. The American economy is a juggernaut, not dicking around with it goes a long way to letting it grow of its own accord.
Do you also credit Obama for the introducing the 'gig economy', as we know it, to the American people?

You know, the first to lose any work in the pandemic...?

I do wonder how many people made their voting decision based solely on their opinion of Biden.

In my, limited, experience, there is much, much more difference between states in the USA than between countries in the EU (and we are closer to all of the EU than any of the US).

I've always seen the US as two countries, one fairly forward thinking and trying to get further forwards, while the other incredibly backward and trying to get further back. It's a terrible recipe tbh that will eventually lead to something terrible happening

I hardly come on to the politics threads, when I do it’s the same posters ripping into Trump, just found it a bit annoying that someone isn’t allowed to express their opinion on his rival. But I apologise for jumping into something if you and Bigga have previous.

Mate, they're hypocrites.

They don't like an opinion shining a light on the issues of their guy as well.

Doing so has them accusing me of being a supporter of the Gimp.

False equivalency, but they're too busying frothing at the mouth to understand it.

It's cool though, bud.

Cheers for posting.
