The Electoral college was not set up with the idea that 100% of the EC votes would go to the person who wins by 1 vote.

The founding fathers would piss themselves at how it's turned out.

By the way they'd also find the idea of 1m people in DC and 3m in PR not having representation beyond unconstitutional.
Again, there's a reason DC isn't a state.
And if PR wanted statehood that is something they have had on the ballot for decades. PR enjoys massive tax subsidies (triple tax free on debt) as a territory...I believe the saying goes, no taxation without representation.

The mail vote is corruptible. The democrats control the voting system in thes states were trump is in front. All points to a biden win and contested in the Supreme Court.
Why is it that these types of comments are always littered with spelling mistakes and poor grammar?
I think we can forget about Georgia and North Carolina.

Wisconsin is starting to look safe, but my word Michigan and Nevada are scary

Haha. How are you feeling about Donald’s chances? Did you wake up excited and it’s all gone downhill since?

Because of an error in an Edison Research data feed of results, the estimate of the counted vote in Arizona displaying on maps and tables is too high. The actual estimate is that 86% of the vote has been counted.

The Democratic SC picks of recent years have been moderate, highly qualified and experienced judges. Name a Republican pick in the last 20 years who comes anywhere close to that?

Sotomayor is one of the most liberal judges in history, so not sure she counts as "moderate". Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are only slightly more right leaning than Roberts and, as you can see with the trend lines, over time justices tend to become more liberal in their rulings (with obvious exceptions).

This is a terrible graph because it's comparing the liberal judges to the average SC judge.

Notice how Sotomayor becomes Liberal as the Supreme Court veers wildly to the right? She hasn't changed.

Add another right wing nut job and Sotomayor will appear even more liberal on this graph without any change in her beleifs at all

And this is where the internet amazes...I would never vote for that buffoon...but I would equally never vote for a senile old man of different stripes either.
Yes and you do realise Puerto Ricans and Washingtonians pay tax....?
Puerto ricans do not pay Federal income tax.
And again, they have been voting on statehood for decades and apparently like the arrangement the way it is.
