They’ve all been hugely enjoyable in their own way.

Penn because of the huge lead that was devoured by postal votes; Georgia to observe the lead being slowly whittled away - plus, it’s Georgia! Arizona because of Trump’s graceless and disgusting attack on John McCain for being captured; and Nevada because it would have briefly given Trump a glimmer of hope.

All have their own inherent beauty.

All true.

But be in no doubt, in any other Presidential election the Associated Press, who seem to be the God of Truth in these things, would've declared Biden President elect yesterday.

The fact they haven't is a testimony to the corrosive effect of Trump. These spineless media arseholes are playing by his rules and in so doing given him space to drip even more poison, more doubt, more division in to an already divided country.

Biden has won and America needs to be told that.

he got bush and trump mixed up on live tv, he’s not all there! Is that not concerning?
Not at all.

How many people on here can genuinely say they haven't done the same or similar? And given that Biden has had a lifelong struggle with a stutter I think he does pretty well not to slip up more often.

I guess we are teaching him and his freaks the basic lesson of democracy:
count ALL legal votes first and THEN declare a winner.

If projections were clear, media surely would say so.

Unfortunately, all accurate. Philadelphians get a bad reputation for being insular, parochial and somewhat cranky, but deep inside we're just big old good natured teddybears.
My roommates (1male, 1female) know to not be around me during City matches. I don't care to answer questions about the game and, shame on me as a teacher for 32 years, don't feel it's my obligation to educate them. A couple of years ago, the Eagles won the Super Bowl, their motto was; "Nobody likes us and we don't care." That pretty much sums up the populace.

So Philadelphians are the American scousers?

Mate, even you're using Trump language, what's this legal votes bullshit? The use of the word legal throws up the spectre of illegal votes being counted, which is the lie Trump is selling.

The projections are clear, President elects have been declared on thinner shit than this.

Yeah, Biden’s occasional misspeaks due to a life long neurological condition he has worked diligently to overcome is what we should worry about...

"Many of us have spent the past few years decrying the tendency of Trump supporters to live in a world of alternative facts. But ultimately reality bites. The fact that Trump and his cultists cannot point to a single actual case of fraud — much less enough fraud to overturn an election that he is on track to lose by a significant margin — makes it impossible for them to effectively challenge the results. Their theory — that Democrats perpetrated a massive fraud in the presidential race but neglected to fix the results of House or Senate races — is laughably absurd."

Max Boot in the Washington Post.
Even the NY Post is struggling to help him
