I actually think this is a good thing.I think they've made a collective decision to ensure each game has 45 minutes of game time. So subs, VAR calls, injuries will all take time out of the game and they've decided that they'll play it on. The England game was ridiculous, but if it had have been 0-0 at 45 mins after only 31 mins of actual game time, we'd have been berating the officials for not adding on enough time.

I’m probably somewhat out of the loop in these things but I was reading an article about some of the absurdity of upcoming World Cup, paid fans , paid politicians and such. It got me wondering how supporters of city feel about such matters. It struck me that the World Cup is a logical extension of the city ‘project’. Are they conflicted in anyway or have they accepted that this is how football now is ?
The posts about the sponsorship deal from the ‘book makers’ must elicit some reaction from City support . How do they feel about it ?
