Over hyped bullshit of a competition , used to love the World Cups of old 60's 70's 80's 90's , but like every current UEFA / FIFA tournament its all about the superstars and the glamour the football is secondary , the fact that a 38 year old arse hole like Fakeronaldo is still relevant only confirms the bullshittery.
Only watched the England games and a few highlights of games involving our players like Spain , Portugal , Gemrnay Belgium , the rest of it , i wouldnt cross the road to watch.
The fact it is in Qatar and palms that have been greased to be able to play the tournament in ridiculous temperatures alongside strict religious laws of the country is the mian reason for my cynicism , Blatter and his mates made a killing and filled their bank accounts and Qatar were only too happy to oblige, FiFA & UEFA are simply corrupt organisations.

The one thing that stands out for me in the tournament is the number of half chances missed (by almost every team) that Erling Haaland would be 90% certain to have scored.

This World Cup needed Haaland.

So if it was in a cooler, none Muslim country, you’d enjoy it more?
