No doubting that Torres has bags of potential, and there's arguably no better team for an exciting attacking prospect to join, than Pep's City ?

He's going to be exciting to watch, if/when he gets game-time.

Torres isn't taking anyone's minutes specifically. If he plays well enough and works hard enough, he and Foden will get a share of the minutes Sterling, Mahrez, and Bernardo had. It'll probably be a straight shootout to see who impresses the most in training as to who gets the most minutes.
