Feels like him, sterling and jesus can literally play anywhere across the front 3 and just be comfortable there.

I'd kind of like to see it, all 3 seem to be high pressers too. With Foden right behind them that's a high energy and young pressing front 4

Yeah agreed. Would love that linkup personally.

I'd been thinking about it for a while.

In a sort of 4231 with attacking fullbacks like Mendy and Cancelo, those 4 would offer so much energy in front.

The problem is that it would be best with one of Rodri or Gundogan in the midfield 2, and everyone says they need energetic midfield partners to be most effective and KdB is probably the perfect partner for that, it's probably best to preserve him now and play him in a deeper position.

I say wide fullbacks also because I'd like the front 3 to be allowed to play narrow, think they'd be wasted out wide. Spains fullbacks today went very wide often and the wingers had so much freedom.

He said in an interview that Pep told him the RW spot is up for grabs, but I hope he gets minutes on the left for us, Raheem needs more competition

Exactly what Sterling needs. Cancelo’s improvement in training also caused Walker to change a bit as well.

For us I think that would be too much to have both fullbacks attack high and wide. We would need our midfielders to be more like the dippers to defend against counter attacks. We're probably better off having 1 attacking fullback in either Mendy or Cancelo high and wide and the other say Walker and Ake be more defensive to have balance in the team.

Walker, Aguero, and Sterling in the past are the three guys who've stepped up when the pressure's been on for their place in the team. So if Torres can threaten Sterling's place it'll be a great thing for us.

Most definitely. The absence of Sané caused Sterling to step up his goal scoring but his assists suffered. Also felt like he didn’t have as many successful take-ons as well. Ferran’s addition is a plus.

If Jesus is playing with Raz and Ferran, it’ll be an interchangeable front 3.
