- turn around to look at the pitch to see Lakey take a shot - saved then Tricky Trevor pokes it in - never in my life have I been part of such a release as when that second goal went in - the kippax shook - when I finally breathed again I felt like I was going to die of a heart attack -

Described it perfectly pal - that moment will stay with me til the day I die

Just been watching the highlights again.

A truly memorable day,

September 23rd 1989 will always be special in my eyes and totally worth celebrating every anniversary.

The day, the era, the music scene, the vibe, a balmy autumn sunshine day.......it was just special and will always be worth talking about!!

My first live derby brilliant day. IIRC it was mentioned on MOTD that their back four cost more than our whole team, but could be wrong on that though.
