Lost the fucking plot this lad. He has gone from the best LB in the world to fucking calamity in the space of a month. In his 1st season, even when he had a good game, he would always make some fucking stupid mistake. He had eradicated this. Now it’s worse than it was at the beginning. It’s like he’s been sniffing glue.

Someone was angry when I said he was turning into a clown recently but that's exactly what's going on, like it's not enough that we have a RB who has brainfarts every game, now it's also the LB, jesus christ this season is getting worse and worse, a guy who was a beast just a month ago is playing like this, what's next ? Haaland turning into Samaras ?

Need dropping. hes a great player but a total liability right now. A lot of the stupid goals we concede are down to him. He is way off it.

Both he and Haaland are playing far too much football.

Actually I think his defensive side is never very good up to the Dias or Akanji first season level. We was not under pressure that much but when it was he was bad at defending. Still remember that shitshow at Villa Park last season.

He has good attacking attributions though.

We need his attacking prowess regardless of how he's defending. The alternatives are just as bad without the forward threat.

A very good player who's going to become much better before he's done.

These mistakes creeping in might be caused by fatigue, or complacency, or the inconsistencies you see in most developing players.

Whichever, it's be very nice to have enough fit defenders to allow him to ride the bench for a game or two, even if just to take him out of the firing line.

He’s made mistakes and needs taking out of the firing line however still is and will be a class player x

This collapse is mostly on him, you can talk about Pep's subs but we were cruising anyway until he decided to gift them two goals, absolutely unacceptable mistakes yet again and Pep should consider dropping him for Ake against the dippers, he might consider putting him back to his natural position at CB if he can't play LB.

Bench him a few games until it seems like his brain started working again.
