He was great tonight. Virtually every time Palace got the ball he seemed to take it off them.

1 game a week and he can keep running pressurising the opposition in the 90th minute like his did tonight! Superb athlete.

Great performance, definitely tired near the end in the last 15 mins or so and was sloppy, but this is why Rodri will play the next game.

Got caught in possession a couple of times (but I watched it with no crowd noise and noticed that not a single player or anyone on the touch line shouted “MAN ON” either time).

Other than that, there seemed like there were two of him on the pitch when they had the ball. He just seemed to steal it from them at every opportunity.

Makes us play 20 yards further up the pitch because he moves forward into space to receive the ball, moves forward with the ball and doesn't pass sideways constantly.

Couple of brain farts tonight but every game he shows he's still the master of that position, needs to play in all thr big games for me.

I like how different he is to Rodri. Having them both gives us the freedom to choose who we need for what occasion.

Fernandinho looks so fit, he’s just strolling around. Stands out a mile what a top class player he is.
