it's just twattish the effort he put in at Leicester and for Algeria compared to the half-arsed shite we have to put up with as his employers.

At Leicester he played route one football, feeding it to a juiced up Vardy in acres of space. With Algeria he is up against plumbers. Decent footballer, an Europa League club is his level though

It was weird today. I thought his movement and decision making were better than usual. But almost nothing worked. Every cross was inaccurate, every through ball overplayed, every dribble easily dealt with etc.

He played like Sterling at his worst.

At no point has he had a game where I thought "wow I'm glad we broke our transfer record for this POTY winning attacker". He has been a complete failure here. One offs where he has managed to actually contribute like Leicester at home last season doesnt change that. He needs to go

Was double teamed every time he received the ball in any kind of attacking position.

Not saying he was good by any means, but it was hard to do much. He is not meeting expectations and today was a chance for him to prove his value.

Think he will be off after the season's over and I was a backer of him to do well. Last season one of the best average ratings in the PL and showed his class.

Is this season a good way to measure players?

I feel like there will be mistakes clubs will regret with player sales based on this season across Europe.

We wouldnt get a decent fee for him , keep him for the shite teams and dead rubbers so we can save the energy of other players who play for the team and not for themselves.
